事教学及管理工作。来美前有19年教龄,大学讲师,具有普通话等级测试证书,积累了丰富的教学经验,熟悉教学规律,有较
强的组织管理能力。自2010年至今在瑞华中文学校教授四、五年级中文。本着快乐学习的原则,我愿用我的爱心、耐心和责任心认真教授知识,

郝忆, 幼儿班老师, 毕业于南京师范大学教育系, 长期从事幼儿教育的理论及教学实践工作. 郝老师认为, 人生够长, 幼儿期太短, 还是让孩子好好做一回真正意义上的孩子吧! 在这一理念的指导下, 做游戏,学儿歌, 听故事,唱唱跳跳,写写画画, 跑跑玩玩便成了郝老师在幼儿班教学的主要手段, 其目的是通过集体活动的方式, 帮助小朋友在自然的中文的语言环境里, 锻炼听说能力并学习如何认识自己, 认识周围的人和物. 孩子们, 和郝老师一起来玩吧!

中文教师五年,连续三年担任AP中文课程教学以及全国AP中文考试的阅卷评分工作,多次参加中文教学研讨会,具有丰富的海
内外语言教学经验。教学特点:富有爱心责任心,踏实认真,教学目的明确,针对学生的特点设计不同的教学方法,注重教学
的灵活性和有效性,让每个学生都有成就感从而激发学生学习中文的积极性。

金淑琴,暨南一年级教师。毕业于吉林大学历史系,获得澳大利亚维多利亚大学教育学硕士,政府教
育部注册教师,曾在阿德雷德大学和社区学院任中文教师。并任中,小学代
课教师多年。从九二年起,从事周末中文学校教学,任教西林中文学校九年,曾任教暨南一年级和四年级,马力平
一年级和三年级。现在主要从事房地产投资,是伊州注册地产代理。
由于在国外接受过语言教师培训,并在学校工作多年(大学,中学,小学,在私立中学实习,甚至还做过幼儿
园的双语翻译),熟悉国外学校的教学体系,了解双语环境下学生学习中
文的特点。金老师认为对于生长在国外的孩子,中文学习不仅仅是教他们学会认字读句,还要让学生了解中国文化,以便加深学生
对所学内容的理解。由于中美的社会和文化差别,学习中很多我们认为学生已经知道的东西,他们
可能并不理解,需要教师用中英文帮助学生理解教材。通过八年的一年级教学,深感了解儿童心理,因才施教,是低年级
教学的重要环节,而做游戏,学儿歌, 听故事,都是学习的有

子们的喜爱。 从下学期开始兼任拼音课老师。上课气氛活跃,能够充分调动学生的积极性和发挥学生的创造力。

82年毕业于大连工学院(现大连理工大学)。83年通过国家出国人员英语水平考试 (EPT)
。84年在大连外语学院出国培训部进修日语一年。85年赴日本横滨国立大学工学部,从事
神经网络及其在机器人控制方面应用的研究,并取得硕士和博士学位。98年来美,现在摩
托罗拉工作。
本人对语言,文化及历史有特殊爱好,精通中文,日语及英语。出国后更对东西方文化比
较和交流深感兴趣。在日本学习和工作的13年中,有8年在日中友好协会所属中文学校任
中文讲师,积累了大量中文教学经验。
本人及孩子长期受益于希林中文学校,常怀感激之情,非常希望有机会能为学校做一点事
情,为孩子们的教育做一点贡献。

我叫仇文琳。过去五年,在中文学校教马立平二年级和四年级。这五年里的教学让
我学到了很多东西,知道如何与不同个性的孩子沟通,如何和他们做朋友,如何提
高他们学中文的兴趣。五年里,我自己也不断地学习和提高教学质量,得到许多家
长的肯定和赞赏。
在新的学年里,我将教三年级马立平班。从某种程度上来说这是一个新的挑战。但
我知道,不管是以前的四年级还是现在的三年级我都有信心教好。作为一名中文老
师,我深深体会到,要让孩子们学好中文,培养他们的兴趣是最重要的。如何培养
孩子的兴趣呢?那就是给他们一个小舞台,让他们去表演,去发挥。我的中文课就
给孩子们提供了这样的舞台。在这长达近2小时的中文课里,我会尽量多地让孩子
们发言,提高孩子的语言表达和理解能力,增强他们的自信心。我相信这一年将是
一个令您孩子难忘的一年,让我们拭目以待。

谢傈(Sue He) 毕业于湖南师范大学法学院, 受过七年教育专业训练。 于1999年通
过中国国家普通话水平测试 (PSC), 获普通话一级甲等资格证书。 曾担任湖南师范
大学电视台新闻播音员,湖南师范大学普通话测试员。谢老师有丰富的朗诵表演和
汉语言教学经验, 爱好书法和舞蹈, 书法作品在院校级比赛中曾多次获奖, 多次参加
编排与表演的舞蹈,曾多次荣获省大学生文艺比赛一等奖。谢老师热爱中文教育工
作, 曾在瑞华中文学校教授幼儿大班中文, 在西北希林学校教授暨南中文四年级。目
前担任西北希林学校暨南中文五年级的教育工作。

My name is Yang Yang. Currently, I am a Ph.D candidate, majoring in Instructional Systems at Penn State University and now working on my dissertation. I received my Master's degree in the same program in 2003. This program includes in-depth training in learning theories, instructional design models, system change, and educational research. Before I started my graduate education in U.S., I earned my Bachelor's degree in the major of English from Beijing Forestry University in 1998.
My first teaching job started in 1998. I taught English Reading and English Listening courses in Beijing Forestry University for two years. In 2001, I began my graduate education at School of Education, Penn State University. During my graduate study, I have taken graduate assistantship in the department of Instructional Design and Development (IDD) of World Campus at Penn State for 6 year (2002-2008) as an Instructional Design Assistant. World Campus at Penn State delivers more than 50 online education programs to adult learners around the world. An instructional designer/design assistant works closely with faculty members in certain content areas to design and develop online course materials. Meanwhile, I worked as an Educational Technology tutor with three faculty members at Penn state in spring 2005 and as a teaching assistant in one educational research course in spring 2006. Since March 2011, I began to work as a Chinese Teacher in Xilin Northwest Chinese School of Chicago for Grade 7 students.
Looking back my experiences in the past 10 years, though I have been taken different roles in the educational systems-teacher, student, instructional designer, and even now a parent of a 1st-grader, teaching and learning have been the major theme of my life. I am passionate with teaching and learning. Delivering effective, efficient, interactive, and attractive courses is my goal of teaching.

袁琳,Lynn Zak, 毕业于山东师范大学英语教育专业。自1999年四月至今,担任东方中文学校教务长,负责教学和
教师的管理工作。在担任东方中文学校教务长期间,负责各班级的课程和
教师安排,起草了教师合同和教学细则要求,组织了YCT考试,组织和主持了该校的春节联欢会、郊
游等各项活动。同时,积极推动教师的培训。参加了马立平博士有关马立平中文教育理念和马立平中文教
材特点的座谈会,组织和协调了杨洁博士有关海外中文教育的研讨会以及陈洁绮博士有关幼儿教育和课堂

Ms. Tang graduated from the Loyola University Graduate School of Business with MBA. Ms. Tang worked as an assistant professor at School of Business Administration, Wuhan University, China. Currently, Ms. Tang works at Universal Technical Institute, Glendale Heights, IL.
Ms. Tang has strong teaching experience. Ms. Tang displays a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and a high level of patience for the teaching. As an educator, Ms. Tang explores new methods and ideas with her students. She not only knows how to encourage and communicate with young children, but she also knows how to develop young children intellectually and behaviorally at their own pace. Ms. Tang does not simply dispense information to her students; she acts as an intellectual leader who creates opportunities for students to demonstrate their knowledge. Ms. Tang plans and executes instructional lessons, assesses students based on specific objectives derived from a set curriculum, and communicates with parents.

Mary has been teaching English at Xilin Northwest Chinese School since the fall of 2005.
Currently she teaches English as a second language (ESL) as adjunct faculty at Harper Community College and The College of DuPage.
She also teaches workshops for ESL teachers through Wheaton College.
Mary has a M.A. in Intercultural Studies and TESOL, a M.S. in Human Resource Management, and a B.S. in Elementary Education.
Mary's previous experience includes over 10 years experience in various human resource management positions in the corporate sector and two years teaching in the public schools.
Mary is married to her husband Mike and has a daughter Michelle who is Chinese.

Paul Foxworth has been tutoring since 1974 (University of Cincinnati freshmen) and working with high school students since an ACT remedial lab at Niles West High School in Fall 2000.
Otherwise, he progressed from being a writer and editor for several companies (including Chase Bank and North America's largest trade-magazine publisher) to working at Asian Human Services,
where he did job counseling and college-readiness tutoring for Chinese, Vietnamese and Bosnian students.

1st gen Chinese; speaks Taishan, but still learning Mandarin; was a gymnast in HS and college; graduated U Wisconsin-Stout, BS in Industrial Technology; played softball, tennis, and volleyball before taking up badminton in 1992; ACEP certified and coached Barrington HS from 1997 - 99 taking a team to 6th in state; began assisting at Xilin-Palatine in '97.
Has a good rapport with children and finds great pleasure watching their development; likes the challenge each student brings; draws upon experiences above and mixes in math and science to develop players both young and old.

Louise has studied Chinese brush paint and calligraphy since she was seven years old.
At age of fourteen, she moved to the US with her parents.
Her passion for art led to a pursuit of an art degree at University of Wisconsin, Madison.
After graduating, she worked professionally and gained extensive experience in the advertising and design field.
Her belief is that it's not only important to teach students drawing techniques, but it's also equally important to discover students' creativity and to develop an interest and appreciation for art.
She has been teaching Art classes at Xilin Chinese School since 2003.
Besides teaching, Louise enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, ballroom dancing and traveling.

Master Song has studied Wushu since age 7 and has graduated from the top university --- Chengdu Sports University of China.
Since 1998, Master Song has won numerous championships in a variety of nation-wide martial arts competitions in China. Also, he has successfully trained hundreds of national First Place winners in Kung Fu, Tai Chi and San Da competitions in China, Indonesia and USA.
Master Song specializes in teaching Kung Fu, Tai-chi, San Da and Self-defense.

Qing Ye

Mr. Ye is a professional dancer, an acclaimed Chinese folk dance choreographer, and a highly recognized performing arts educator. He started his professional dance career when he was 11 years old. He graduated from Hubei University with a master degree in Dance Choreography. After graduation he became a professional dancer at Hubei Opera and Dance Drama Institute. His duet "Shan Dan Dan" won first price in national dance competition in China.
Mr. Ye immigrated to the U.S. in 1996 and began teaching Chinese Folk dance at various organizations across Chicago land. Since then he has taught hundreds of students from age 4 to adults. He choreographed and directed the dance master piece "Cool Cats" which won first prize in Tianjin International Art Festival. In 2010, he led students to participate in Showstopper National Dance Competition, the largest dance competition in the U.S, His team won 1st, 2nd and fifth place in each of the participating age group which also included a double platinum award, the highest award in the competition.
As a very experienced art educator, Mr. Ye has impacted hundreds of kids growing up with Chinese folk dance. Everyday, he is proud of engaging and motivating each student towards their best effort.

二十多年来尤老师在国内和美国一直从事于音乐教育及交响乐团大提琴首席的工作。
尤老师特别热爱教学,教学工作认真,严谨。课堂上家长和学生一起学习,共同进步。在教学中注重学生对五线谱的识谱,唱谱,边弹边唱和视奏的能力。得到了大家的喜爱。

Professional badminton coach Helen Zhen is a former Chinese National Team player and a former international and China national champion. She has coached professionally in China and is currently a coach in an Illinois high school.
Coach Helen started badminton training at age 8, and joined the Chinese national junior team at 13. When she was 16, she won the China National Junior championship and was promoted to the Chinese National team. She is currently coaching at an Illinois high school and is the Head Coach at her own badminton training center. Many of her students have gone to the Illinois state final games where they have excelled.
Coach Helen focuses on teaching proper fundamentals to beginners, and uses her professional experience to rapidly improve the skills of intermediate and advanced players.
Coach Helen offers professional training to help you quickly improve your badminton skills including front, middle, and back court skills; smash/drop/drive. Each student will receive individual attention.
