活动管理条例/Event Administration Policy

团体或个人在学校举办活动,例如会议,讲座,保健检查,洽谈等,必须向学校提出申请, 得到校务委员会的批准方可进行。得到批准后,应交纳每次100美元的租质管理费。 如果需要学校提供尺寸为4X2的小型黑白广告100份之内,则另行缴纳15美元。对非赢利性活动,则可酌情减免。

学校内不开展与中文教育,中国文化,历史,时事无关的商务活动。 相关之活动,由校务委员会统一组织管理。团体或个人不得不经校务委员会批准擅自在校内发放广告,出售商品,票,证等实物。 经校务委员会批准之活动,学校收取不低于总收益10%的管理费。本规定有效至更新规定生效。


Individuals or organizations that are holding an event on school campus, such as meETings, lectures, health exams, etc. have to apply to the School Committee; only those events that are approved by the School Committee can be held at the school. There will be a $100 administration fee for each event. For those who would like the school to supply size 4 X 2 black and white 100 or less copies of advertisements, should pay $15 additional. The fee can be lowered or waved for the not-for-profit events.

There should be no business activities held on school campus, except those associated with Chinese education, Chinese culture , history, and contemporary social events; and should be organized and administrated by the School Committee. No individual or organization may administer their advertisements, sell merchandise, tickets or certificates on the campus without the School Committee’s permission. The school will charge minimum 10% of total profit. This policy is effective until further notice.
