1.The rented facility is solely for educational purposes as outlined in the by-law. Any activities that conflict with school's normal operation or tarnish the image of the Chinese Community as a whole are prohibited.

2. Commercialism and commercial activity that are profit making and benefit any individuals or companies are strictly prohibited by the NW Xilin Chinese School.

3. Any fund raising by the School through selling merchandises or solicitation must be ratified by the Board prior to the event.

4. The school shall not partner with any commercial entity for the purpose of profit sharing.

5. The Executive Committee of the School has full power at the discretion of its entitled officer to expel commercial activities from the campus during the operation hours of our school.

6. Without added financial burden to the school, parent activities aimed at language or other skill improvement, or well beings are permitted and the Executive Committee has the sole authority to prioritize these activities within the capacity of the facility. The Executive Committee may collect a reasonable fee from the organizers of these activities to offset its operational cost. Any disagreement on the fees collected by the school shall be resolved by the Board.
