The mission of NW XILIN Chinese School is to provide excellent Chinese language and culture education and promote healthy cultural heritage. In order to meet our academic performance standards and ensure school safety, all students should follow our school guidelines and policies. NW XILIN Chinese School is currently renting Conant High School facility for all the classes, and will use Conant High School policies as guidance for issues regarding in-school safety, traffic control, parking and usage of school properties and equipments. The followings are supplementary for the students of NW XILIN Chinese School. 

Show courtesy and respect to all students and staff members. Behave in a friendly and responsible manner, both inside and outside the classrooms. Raise hand before speaking in the class. 

Do your best work in study. Complete teacher's assignments on time. 

Keep classrooms and school clean and in order. Do not write or draw on desks or walls. Do not litter in school. Neither food nor drinks (except drinking water) are allowed in the classrooms. 

Attend classes on time. Student shall ask parents to notify the teacher, on-duty parents or school in advance of the classes in case of an absence or early dismissal. 

Only bring things that are required by school with you. No toys or trading cards are allowed in school. 

Take good care of the school properties and equipments (phones, computers, books, charts, supplies and everything in classroom) and keep them in place. Students who damage or vandalize school properties are responsible for the cost of replacement or repairing. 

Follow school safety rules and guidance from on-duty parents. Do not touch any alarm system. 

Violation of school guidelines may result in the following consequences: verbal warning on first time of violation, a written note to the parents on second time of violation, an extended period of class suspension or even a subsequent expulsion on third or more violations.
